Stress and time management

The biggest challenge among youth is balancing being productive and taking some personal time for yourself, family or friends. Your social life can get in the way of many things, in order to balance your life, you need to first resist temptations. You have to get your priorities in check and focus on your school/work. You can work in a library or any quiet place and resist any distractions. You can even join a few clubs here and there. but you also need to make time for yourself, you must make time for yourself. You need to sleep for a minimum of 7 hours and stay hydrated and healthy. Always keep your body active. Do things that will keep your body moving like biking or walking around your block. Coordinate your free time with friends and family as well. It is important to make social connections.
